Hayes, Brad and Nora
Brad and Nora Hayes, along with their family, are serving with Outstretched Hands (OH). They have been missionaries with OH since 2001. They have four children, Emily, Rebekah, Hannah, and Bethany, and John. Brad Hayes is working with local leaders in Calarasi, Romania and the surrounding area in the following areas of ministry:
- Preaching God’s Word
- Developing nationals as leaders through discipleship
Nora Hayes ministers to orphans and women while serving her family as a wife and mother. The Hayes family works together in cross-cultural evangelism and the meeting of physical needs.
The goals of the Hayes’:
- Meet the physical needs of the Romanians living in and near Calarasi, Romania
- Evangelize the people
- Plant new churches
- Equip, support, and mentor Romanian church leaders
OH’s vision is to bring together people in Romania and America who are dedicated to reaching impoverished children, and other poor, with the gospel of Jesus Christ. The goal is address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the Romanian people.

Hund, Chris and Betty
WEC/Rainbows of Hope (ROH)
Chris and Betty became interested in missions shortly after they were saved in Holland in 1983. They became official WEC missionaries in 1997.
For 10 years they’ve worked with WEC’s Rainbows of Hope ministry among children in crisis. The first 5 years with semi-streetchildren in Madrid, Spain. The last 5 years they’ve worked as International Leaders for ROH in the Fort Mill, SC head quarter office coordinating the worldwide ministry. In 2007 they were elected Dutch WEC Sending Base leaders and are now working in their home country of The Netherlands.
